Product Specialist – Online Travel Agency
Join our Digital Marketing & Online team and take on an exciting role as a Product Specialist. This position offers a unique opportunity for retail Specialists or retail travel professionals to contribute to our company's growth by enhancing our online & retail business offerings. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to expanding product offerings, developing lead generation strategies, bridging the gap between online and retail sales channels, leading market research efforts, and contributing to ad hoc digital projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation

Qualifications and Skills
Education

Experience

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success with B2C brands, a passion for creativity, and expertise in content creation tools like Canva and CapCut.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute innovative strategies to grow our social media presence, reach and engagement with our audiences across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Content Creation: Create, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality video content (including UGC/EGC where you may be the face of the brand) and static images tailored to each platform.
- Platform Management: Optimise company social media pages to reflect brand identity and maximise reach.
