Brazilian Travel consultant

Location: Dublin

An opportunity has arisen for a Brazilian Travel Consultant at Club Travel, one of Ireland’s most respected Travel Agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients with their travel arrangements.
  • Conversing with our clients by phone and email and walk-in.
  • Advise current and prospective clients about destination options.
  • Making changes, requesting refunds.
  • Dealing with airlines.
  • Promoting fares/offers on social media platforms within the Brazilian community.

The IDeal Candidate:

  • Experience in GDS, preferably Amadeus and Galileo.
  • At least 12 months experience in travel.
  • Passion for Travel.
  • A strong client focus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Portuguese speaking.
  • Fluent English.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • An ability to work in a busy and demanding environment and to work well as part of a team.
  • A positive can-do attitude and customer-friendly approach.
