Online Ticketing Agent
Location: Dublin
An opportunity has become available to join our Retail Department in Club Travel Ltd. We are looking for someone with an excellent level of customer service and enjoys working in a fast paced, evolving environment.
Office based 930-530 Mon-Friday and every 3rd Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Online GDS Bookings.
- Making and amending flight/hotel/car hire/transfer bookings.
- Assist Customers with any pre-travel related queries.
- Supporting the team with other online related duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years Amadeus experience.
- Proven track record of managing Qs, reissuing tickets, and handling voluntary and involuntary changes.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer focused role.
- An ability to work in a busy and demanding environment and to work well as part of a team.
- A positive can-do attitude and customer-friendly approach.
